Aboutthe role
  • Head of SalesEgypt is accountable for chocolate product sales volume developingFM and Gourmet business through new accounts and a newdistributor.Developing sales volume and increasing premium/CCM withthe dened local regional and international customer base; plusmanaging interflows from Western Europe Asia and Africa are theessential responsibilities of this role.
  • Theincumbent is the main point of contact of the chocolate Businesswithin BC for all customers in Egypt and professionally takes fullresponsibility.
  • Indirectly manages BC functionsto achieve targets (Customer Service R&DFinance)
  • Takes decisions to manage thecomplexity of the regions in the most efficient way(Asia/Africa/Europe)
  • Proactively supports thesales organization for additional opportunities outside theexisting customer base.
  • Acts as Egyptscustomers voice within AMEA to ensure customer satisfaction andcontinuity of businessrelationships.
KeyResponsibilities
  • DevelopGourmet and Food manufacturers market forchocolate
  • Maintain and manage existing accountsaccording to established sales and revenuegoals;
  • Maximize sales margins according toestablished goals by monitoring/assisting with A/R contractsproblems credit hold issues balances sales price quotes customercontacts production and supply chain problem resolution marketinformation new product development projectsetc.
  • Develop effective relationships with keyenduser accounts to drive distributionvolume
  • Develop and maintain effective salesforecasting planning and territoryplans;
  • Research new customer needs and developan application of products and serviceseffectively;
  • Create and deliver salespresentations business reviews and adaptive product recommendationseffectively for Egypt
  • Ensure that a highprofessional level of customer service is maintained via resolutionof complaints troubleshooting product supply chain problems clientvisits industry networking participating in trade shows gourmetchocolate training to distributors sales networketc.
  • Maintain uptodate awareness of activitiesand chocolate industry trends marketing support and technicalsupport
Aboutyou:
  • Bachelors Degree inEconomics or commerce related eld
  • A Minimum of5 years of commercial working experience
  • Fluentin English and Arabic
  • Regular travel withinEgypt and to BC locations (Dubai Casablanca Louvier) required (onaverage 60% of work time)
  • Deep understanding ofFood Manufacturer Business
  • Understanding ofcocoa and/orchocolate products and technicalaspects
  • Commercial drive to make the deal inthe interest of BC &customer
  • Relationship builder & teamplayer
