As an Inventory Controller you are responsible to assist in the implementation of the ERP system, monitor, and maintain the current inventory levels.


  • Monthly MIS & periodical costing reports
  • Recipe management and Quarterly Recipe Audit for all stores & central kitchen
  • Monthly Variance analysis, identifying deficiencies and take necessary action
  • Monthly monitoring of wastage and take action to reduce
  • Inventory Spot check for store and central kitchen
  • Monitoring CCTV cameras and auditing of CCTV cameras status
  • Implementing and monitoring internal controls for central kitchen and stores
  • Advice management on cost increase and identify appropriate solutions
  • Gap analysis on system deficiencies and implement systems to improve internal control
  • Prepare product costing for marketing activities
  • Prepare product costing for sales price revision

What you will do:

  • Inventory spot check
  • Recipe management

  • Monthly inventory closing and identifying anomalies
  • Prepare monthly Reports
  • Inventory process Gap analysis and strengthening of current proces

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in accounting or equivalent
  • Expert in cost analysis and quick decisionmaking skills
  • Proven experience in Inventory control and recipe management
  • Proficiency in ERP. Preferably knowledge in NetSuite
  • Inventory & Recipe Auditing experience
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
  • Compliance oriented
  • Analytical skills
  • 3 to 5 years' experience as F&B Inventory controller
  • Total experience of years in Inventory
  • ERP experience preferably NetSuite
  • UAE experience preferable
