About the Job

The Zone FP&A Analyst plays a crucial role in handling financial planning, data analysis, and reporting to aid business decisions within the zone. They create financial budgets, analyze performance, suggest efficiency improvements, and evaluate project impacts. Reporting to the Zone FP&A Manager, this role involves providing insights for strategic financial decisions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Participate in financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting aligned with organizational goals and market conditions.
  • Analyze financial data comprehensively to identify trends and provide actionable insights to decision-makers.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports highlighting performance variations and suggesting ways for improvement.
  • Enhance business intelligence tools for live financial updates on key performance indicators.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify significant variances, and recommend strategies to optimize performance.
  • Evaluate proposed projects for financial impact and provide recommendations for decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration with financial work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and operations.
  • Proficiency in financial and accounting principles.
  • Ability to interpret and manage financial data effectively.
  • Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing variances.
  • Experience in strategic planning, scenario modeling, risk assessment, and market synthesis.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions, business intelligence tools, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking abilities to add value to operational teams.
  • Experience in matrixed environments and adaptability to change.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex business issues clearly.
