Responsibilities:

• Activelyparticipating in the formulation and analysis of financial planswhich includes but is not limited to budgets forecasts andstrategic plans ensuring alignment with organizational objectivesand market conditions.
• Engaging in thecomprehensive collection meticulous processing and thoroughanalysis of financial data to discern patterns forecast futuretrends and furnish decisionmakers with actionableinsights.
• Crafting articulate and insightfulfinancial reports adeptly delineating financial performancehighlighting pertinent variances visvis targets and elucidatingunderlying drivers with precision and clarity.
• Support enhancement on business intellegence tools for providinglive financial update on key perfomaceindicators.
• Vigilantly monitoring financialperformance against predefined benchmarks diligently identifyingsignificant variances conducting root cause analyses and furnishingincisive recommendations to optimize performance and mitigaterisks.
• Undertaking indepth financialevaluations of proposed projects or initiatives meticulouslyscrutinizing their potential impact on the organizations financialhealth profitability and strategic trajectory and furnishing cogentrecommendations to guide decisionmakingprocesses.

Qualification :

• BachelorsDegree in Accounting Finance Economics Business Administration orother numeracybased topic and confirmed financial workexperience;
• Strong knowledge of GEHC financialcommercial and service operating systems
• Strong financial and accounting background
• Ability to manage and interpret financial data
• Financial Acumen and Analysis:
• Budgeting andForecasting: Proficiency in creating accurate budgets andforecasts.
• Variance Analysis: Ability toanalyze deviations from expected financialperformance.
• Strategic Planning andForecasting:
• Scenario Modeling: Capability tomodel different financial scenarios.
• RiskAssessment: Understanding and assessing potentialrisks.
• Market Synthesis: Ability to combineeconomic indicators with company data for informedpredictions.
• Technical and DataProficiency:
• Advanced Excel Skills: Mastery offunctions pivot tables lookup functions filtering conditionalformatting and consolidation functions1.
• Business Intelligence Tools (e.g. Power BI): Familiarity withcreating interactive dashboards reports and visualizations forstakeholders2.
• ERP Systems: Knowledge offinancial software and enterprise resource planningsystems.
• Effective communication skills andability to lead numerous and diverse teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence othersand drive change while working across all levels functions andzones

• Experience in working in a matrixedenvironment
