looking for a secrtary WHO MUST BE FROM PHLIPINE or inventory specailist who can arrange the things mentioned below:
accountable for all orders

managing product counts

inventory managment skills

will able to make time management table to ensure that all product are listed

able to communicate and enggage with partners and costumers in all sort of conduct

will be able to make weekly reports in terms of product inventories

report directly to manager

will be able o handle basic office task such as microsoft office - excels and etc.

NOTE:
WILL PROVIDE A VISA AFTER THE MANAGER APPROVES IF THE EMPLOYEE IS QUALIFIED

OFFICE HOURS:
8:30 AM TO 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM TO 8:30

OFFICE DAY OFF:

FRIDAY ONLY

LOCATION:
INDUSTRIAL AREA 4

CANDIDATE WILL HAVE HIS OWN OFFICE AND WILL NOT BE IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

- secretary: 2 years (preferred)
