As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will Assist the Director of Marketing and Communications in planning, development and implementation of all the Organization's marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities, to drive financial objectives and underscore desired positioning of the Resort and offerings.

Manage both Resort and Restaurant & Bar marketing and public relations programs and publicity of brand initiatives, media and marketing activities, and participate in crisis management issues.

Every day is different, but you'll most likely;

  • Lead projects as assigned, such as causerelated marketing and special events.
  • Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of: a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Organisation's image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications; and, all Organization marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition and so forth.
  • Ensure articulation of Organisation's desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organisation, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.
  • Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Organisation publications.
  • Coordinate media interest in the Organisation and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
  • Coordinate the appearance of all Organisation print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
  • Ensure that the Organisation regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity. Monitor trend

What We need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Distribution Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand management, Public Relations, Marketing Communications or Revenue management
  • A strong network of International PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of content development and search engine marketing (SEM)
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong command of spoken and written English and native language (where applicable)
