Position Overview:


We are seeking a creative and passionate
Executive Chef to lead our culinary endeavors and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional dining experiences that align with our brand's values and vision.

As a Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our culinary identity, menu development, and maintaining high standards of food quality.

Your innovative approach to cooking, expertise in flavor combinations, and leadership skills will contribute to enhancing our brand's reputation and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

1.

Culinary Vision and Menu Development:


  • Develop and execute a culinary vision that reflects the brand's identity and objectives.
  • Create innovative and captivating menus that showcase the brand's unique offerings.
  • Stay uptodate with food trends and incorporate them into menu development.

Culinary Expertise:


  • Lead by example with expert culinary skills, demonstrating proficiency in various cooking techniques.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.

Recipe Creation and Standardization:


  • Design recipes that emphasize flavor, presentation, and nutritional value while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Standardize recipes and cooking processes to ensure consistency across locations.

4.

Team Leadership:


  • Supervise and mentor culinary staff, providing guidance on techniques, creativity, and brand alignment.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.

5.

Quality Control:


  • Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure every dish meets the brand's standards.
  • Conduct regular taste tests and inspections to identify areas for improvement.

Food Cost Management:


  • Collaborate with the management team to optimize food cost while maintaining quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in sourcing ingredients that align with the brand's values.

7.

Collaboration:


  • Work closely with marketing and branding teams to align culinary offerings with overall brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source highquality ingredients that meet brand requirements.

Training / Development/ Hiring:


  • Provide ongoing training to culinary staff, enhancing their skills and ensuring consistent execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
  • Must be able to hire department related staff.

9.

Health and Safety Compliance:


  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, promoting a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Train staff on proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.

10.

Customer Focus & Engagement:


  • Interact with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and create memorable dining experiences.
  • Use customer insights to finetune menu offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 10 years Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role.
  • Strong creative and culinary skills, with a passion for exploring new flavors and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a brandaligned culinary vision.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food cost control and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and sustainability practices.
  • High standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in the kitchen.
  • Flexibility to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
