About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Keep uptodate with changes in immigration law and regulations and inform clients of any updates or changes that may impact their immigration status
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and reliable information to support clients throughout the immigration process
  • Maintain accurate and organized client files, including immigration records and correspondence, to ensure that client information is uptodate and easily accessible
  • Collaborate with other members of the immigration team to provide comprehensive support and guidance to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. law, immigration, international relations)
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in immigration law and practice
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using immigration databases and software

Job Types:

AED3, AED6,000.00 per month
