  • Manage techno-commercial activities, including preliminary cost estimates and project planning.
  • Implement project quality and safety policies, devising and implementing processes to meet organizational standards and client specifications.
  • Monitor material quality and sub-contractor performance.
  • Maintain labor camp standards and team member welfare.
  • Establish project-related KRAs and individual KRAs for team members.
  • Monitor team performance and suggest innovative ways to increase construction speed, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement project execution strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in construction project management.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and quality control.
