Requirements:
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers, manage the sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing and product development to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions based on Microsoft 365 offerings.
- Drive the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions by showcasing their value proposition and addressing customer pain points.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor's activities and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Knowledge of industryspecific challenges and trends, tailoring sales approaches to address vertical specific needs.
- Stay informed about the latest updates and features of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software sales experience.
- 3+ years Proven experience as a Sales Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications. MUST
Proven achieved sales targets in last two years at minimum
- Familiarity with Microsoft's overall product portfolio and ecosystem.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decisionmaking.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
Pay:
From AED4,500.00 per month
