Female. 25-35 Years Microsoft & Odoo ERP Sales Account Executive
**Requirements**:
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers, manage the sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product development to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions based on Microsoft 365 offerings.
- Drive the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions by showcasing their value proposition and addressing customer pain points.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor’s activities and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and trends, tailoring sales approaches to address vertical specific needs.
- Stay informed about the latest updates and features of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software sales experience.
- 3+ years Proven experience as a Sales Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications. MUST
Exceptional Lead generation skills with Senior Management and knowledge of tools
Proven achieved sales targets in last two years at minimum
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s overall product portfolio and ecosystem.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
