As the frontliner, you will be responsible for ensuring clients' satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from clients, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns efficiently
  • Educate clients on our range of products and services, assisting them in selecting the most suitable options for their financial requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
  • Proactively engage with clients to confirm their needs are being met, as well as promote our offerings
  • Collaborate with different departments to solve complex client issues
  • Stay informed about industry trends, continuously enhance knowledge of our products, and services
  • Achieve and surpass set targets and KPIs such as call volume, first call resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to company growth through customer retention and effective client communication
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably within the financial industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Knowledge of financial products and services with a genuine passion for the industry
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and client needs
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software or call center technology is advantageous
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus
