To ensure that the global sales team has consistent and effective sales systems and processes and also to collate, manage and communicate the regional and product line sales data and metrics (e.g. sales forecasting information).
This will also mean to track, monitor and support sales by the use of the sales systems and processes.
You will develop and/or source appropriate training to ensure sales are effectively trained in the use of sales systems and processes and develop appropriate sales onboarding/induction to ensure a rapid time to revenue.
Organise and manage regular sales events such as annual sales kick-off, monthly sales meetings and support the Sales Director in the achievement of their objectives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Continuously develop knowledge and understanding of ScanTech and other industry standard sales systems and processes (e.g. CRM, Forecasting, etc).
Research best practices around sales and enablement, and provide tips and tricks to the sales team to enhance their productivity and effectiveness.
Ensure that sales maintain accurate data within CRM, for accurate sales revenue forecasting.Designated 'Super User' for the implementation of the ERP / CRM system to support Business Systems Manager, all inductions and ongoing training to sales team.
Support Sales leadership with the lead allocation process and timely follow-up and be the key point of contact for new client entity creation, and develop an account request process.
Communicate sales data and metrics regularly to sales, sales leadership and others within the division and work with sales leadership and others in the identification and/or development of relevant sales materials, e.g.
sales playbooks.In addition to the above the role will include the following responsibilities:
- Provide insights and interpret the data from sales systems to improve sales performance and inform the business on trends occurring within the regions.
- Research, develop, deliver and/or source relevant training for sales in sales processes, sales methodologies, account management, and sales & business development management.
- Working closely with the HR Business Partner, Sales Director and sales & marketing management, develop training and development plans for the sales and account management teams and develop a robust sales onboarding / induction programme for new sales starters to become trained in the main sales systems and processes, knowledgeable about the ScanTech & JFO solutions and familiar with key people with whom they will be working.
- Maintain current understanding of all the ScanTech / JFO solutions to be able to provide input and support to the sales and account management teams as needed.
- Attend f2f client sales calls or meetings with BDMs and others within the business to gain insights into clients, and the selling process and sales' skills and knowledge.
- Use client calls and meetings to inform training and development planning for the sales teams and assist sales management with measuring sales team performance, embedding sales compensation plans and incentives and other initiatives within the business.
- Drive a customercentric, commercial excellence and continuous improvement culture into the business and act as a liaison between Sales, IT, marketing, and other key functions.
- Organise, attend, & record minutes for monthly & quarterly sales meetings and take on management of adhoc projects or events, including an Annual Sales Kickoff.
