Assist in the preparation of regularly schedule reports

Develop & Maintain a filing system

Order office supplies and new deals and suppliers.

Act as the point of contract for internal and external Clients

Liaise with the executive to handle requests and queries from senior manager

Support negotiation of contractual agreements with supplier to make sure services, quality, added value, lowest total cost, deliveries, Warranties, security of supply as well as the development of the suppliers capabilities are maintained.

Dealing with the subcontractors and suppliers. Request and arrange the necessary submittals of material and sample catalogues

Answer and Direct Phone Calls

-Ensure the office are kept clean. Tea and coffee serving to the guests & executives
