We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as an Administrative cum Business Development Executive. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our administrative functions while also contributing to our business development efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the coordination and organization of training programs, workshops, and events.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle client inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist in business development activities such as lead generation, market research, and proposal preparation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our services.
- Collaborate with team members to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Previous experience in business development or sales is a plus.

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Admin or Secretarial: 2 years (required)
- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mussafah: Relocate before starting work (required)
