Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content tailored for social media including not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcast, our website, and various promotional efforts.
  • Execute photo & video shoots from start to finish, including planning, shooting, editing, and delivery, ensuring all content aligns with Halo's branding.
  • Work collaboratively with our creative team to develop and implement visual strategies that effectively communicate our brand's vision and projects.
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects, adhering to deadlines while maintaining highquality standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance of all photography and videography equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in videography and photography, integrating new and innovative techniques into your work.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience as a Videographer & Photographer, supported by a portfolio that exhibits a wide range of skills.
  • Expertise in professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro for video; Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom for photo).
  • A keen eye for visual composition, lighting, and storytelling.
  • The ability to juggle various projects in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of both independent and collaborative work.
  • Preferred: A degree in Film, Photography, Media Studies, or related field.
