We are Looking Stationery Purchaser for our group of companies under AWS DISTRIBUTION Sector

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Looking for Purchaser with experience in office supplies / Stationery Trading / Gifts Trading / Printing Sales / General Trading.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new purchasing options networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential supplier and finalize the quotations
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to internal teams
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Work in fast paced environment.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a Purchaser in Stationery Sector/ Office supplies.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation.
  • UAE driving license is a mandatory requirement for this position
