- Credit card reconciliation between POS and Opera.
- Guest ledger reconciliation
- Analysis and scrutiny of all the documents from the hotel on daily basis.
- Ensure all backups received for credit card transactions and sent to Accounts receivables
- Scrutiny and reconciliation of rebate/adjustment vouchers
- Review and maintain record of daily covers, discounts reports Reconciliation of guest in house rates and revenue
