Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate vehicle and parts order.
  • Submit orders to supplier through online portal in timely manner, ensure verification and placing urgent orders as required.
  • Prepare the order confirmation in system and communicate status to the sales team on a weekly basis.
  • Consignment costing and receiving inventory in system.
  • Creation of item numbers and updating the selling price based on product grouping.
  • Providing price estimation to the Internal department (Service counter & Retail Counter)
  • Analyze local purchase & lost sales of stock items to ensure required products are ordered in the next stock order.
  • Analyze, report stock levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained and to meet stock turn targets.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits to verify physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies with the system records.
  • Prepare monthly KPI Reports.
  • Regular interaction with supplier and with internal teams such as warehouse, sales, service & finance.
  • Tracking of invoices & shipments and proactively inform line of deviations.
  • Monitor dealer backorders continuously, and communicate with suppliers on delivery in order to achieve highest customer service and fill rate.
  • Manages supply order and take all actions to prevent unnecessary inflow of surplus stock.
  • Positively and proactively communicate and coordinate with customers and suppliers for solving various supply issues.
  • Analyze business trend and capture market demand.
  • Participate and support supply chain related projects.

Qualification:

  • University Degree or Diploma in Mechanical
