Our teams design and implement winning strategies for clients by harnessing the power of new technologies and tailoring them to specific business transformation requirements.
We provide Solutions through our Services & Consulting practice.Backed by a team of over 400 IT professionals and strategically located global network of DX Centers in Singapore, Japan, Middle East, India and North America.
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a smart dynamic professional with strong sales acumen and having experience in the IT Sales.
- You will work closely with the technical and delivery teams to understand client needs, develop proposals, and close deals.
- Identify and acquire new clients for our IT solutions and services by developing and executing a sales strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers to understand their IT needs.
- Develop proposals and present solutions to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services to clients.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 to 10+ years of sales experience in the enterprise IT industry.
- Proven track record of sales success and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise IT industry, including current trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales processes.

- Exceptional communication skills to provide leadership to a team and support customer.
- Strong Foundational knowledge in the organizational potential, in different domains including.
- Software solutions, Services & Consulting.
- Comprehensive business knowledge to create realistic sales projections and objectives for the
- Interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments and people within the organization.
- Extensive mentoring and leadership qualities to train and develop sales teams.
