Are you an experienced Project Coordinator who is looking to join a global design firm that values its employees' well-being and longevity?


We are looking for a Project Coordinator with at least 7 years of experience in coordinating interior design (ID) projects to join our client's Dubai studio alongside their award-winning ID team.

Our clients are a global design firm operating in multiple countries and working on 1,000s of noteworthy projects across a wide range of sectors.


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 8.30 am pm
  • Working from home on Monday and Friday

The successful Project Coordinator will be offered:

  • 15,000 AED per month (£39,000 per annum)
  • maybe open to paying more for an exceptional individual

To be considered for the Project Coordinator role you must have:

  • 7 years of experience (residential or hospitality ID projects)
  • GCC / UAE experience advantage but not essential
  • Must be experienced in the use of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and MS Office
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Ideally have knowledge of architecture and architectural visualization to understand technical architectural drawings
