Salary:
from 3,000 - 5,000 AED per month (on target earnings) plus commissions range 10k-15k

Revenue Target: 4 times of salary

Probation Period: 6 month

Experience:
Experience as a Mortgage Consultant or real estate role is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a network of referral sources to generate new business opportunities
  • Meet with clients to gather information, assess their needs and provide loan options
  • Analyze financial information and credit reports to determine the best mortgage options for clients
  • Keep clients informed of loan status and requirements throughout the loan process
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all mortgage loan programs and guidelines
  • Stay current with industry developments and regulatory changes

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Mortgage Consultant or similar role is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to details

Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
