Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence within the UAE, GCG, and Africa.

Manage and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide necessary support to ensure success.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs.

Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Conduct market trend analysis to develop new business opportunities and strategies.

Guide the team in sales strategies and support clients to meet technical requirements.

Promote Metering Skid, Product business for Oil & Gas, Power, Water industry.

Track projects and prequalification activities to ensure timely and effective responses to customer requests.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.

Proven track record of success in sales management with at least 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Power, or Water industries.
Additional Information

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify emerging market trends and make data-driven decisions.

Experience in business development, including prequalification and project tracking.

Knowledge of the Oil & Gas, Power, and Water industries, including relevant products and services.
