Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
  • Act as the company's Public Relations Officer (PRO), handling communication with government agencies, suppliers, and customers.
  • Manage documentation and paperwork related to logistics and PRO duties, such as permits, licenses, and certificates.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely procurement of goods.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan logistics activities accordingly.
  • Evaluate logistics performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in a PRO role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics principles, including supply chain management, transportation, and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and trade compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with government agencies and supplier logistics.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office suite.
