We are looking for a Retention & CRM Manager that will play a pivotal role in building the foundation for Stake's CRM strategy and execution.

You will focus on driving users through key conversion stages, including KYC completion, first investment, and repeat investments.

What you'll do:


Develop and execute data-driven campaigns, automated communication flows, and personalized messaging emphasizing education and trust-building contentImplement comprehensive retention marketing strategies to drive repeat investments and align with Stake's business objectives.

Design and optimize automated communication flows across multiple channels, focusing on education, trust-building, and personalized messaging to improve customer engagement, onboarding, and overall loyalty.

Leverage CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools to streamline lead qualification, identify investment propensity, and automate campaigns for efficiency.

Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and data teams to refine product offerings, communication strategies, and ensure consistent customer experiences.
Establish behavioral and financial goals based on tracked customer interactions to increase retention, repeat investments, and customer lifetime value.

Create compelling content that highlights key events, rental distributions, new property announcements, and other information to encourage customer engagement and trust.

Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior data, and market trends to refine retention and lead nurturing strategies, ultimately increasing customer lifetime value.


KPIs for this role Include:

  • Improved activation and onboarding rates.
  • Increased investment frequency and average order value (AOV).
  • Enhanced customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Repeat Investment Rate.
  • Customer Churn Rate.
  • Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • Conversion Stages (KYC completion, first investment, etc.).
  • Customer Engagement Metrics (email open rates, clickthrough rates, content interactions).

What we're looking for:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3 to 5 years in CRM, marketing automation, or customer-facing roles within SaaS, subscription-based businesses, financial services, property and real estate, or platform-based investment industries.

Skilled in using CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, or Pipedrive, with a focus on automation and sales process optimization.

Experience with tools such as , Marketo, or ActiveCampaign, including integration with CRMs and other Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).Competent in data analysis, audience profiling, and developing message frameworks to optimize conversion strategies and improve funnel efficiency.

Demonstrated commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences and building trust.
Ability to translate complex information into engaging, clear, and persuasive messages.
Proactive, adaptable to change, and able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, with a growth-oriented mindset.
Proven track record in analyzing campaign performance, identifying conversion bottlenecks, and implementing A/B testing and other optimization strategies.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
