Prepare and issue MOLLAK service charge invoices to unit owners promptly and accurately.

Issue receipts and statements of accounts to unit owners, ensuring clear and transparent communication of financial transactions.

Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Resolve accounting discrepancies on MOLLAK and Starta software to maintain accurate financial records.

Perform monthly bank reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.

Manage and maintain petty cash for day-to-day operational needs.

Post all receipts to customers' respective accounts accurately and in a timely manner.

Collaborate with ERES (Emirates Real Estate Solutions) to address any MOLLAK related queries and ensure smooth operations.

Update customer contact details on MOLLAK to maintain up-to-date records.

Issue legal notices through MOLLAK as required in compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.

Provide support for Audit reports for all the buildings, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.

Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors during interim and annual audits.

Conduct reconciliation of all balance sheet and income statements, verifying all variances and accruals to ensure financial accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
  • Familiarity with MOLLAK
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data management.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to challenges.

  • Reasonable experience in collections

Salary: 3,000 AED

Salary:
