Required Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable position within a substantial real estate firm.
  • Proficient understanding of ERP systems such as Oracle or Yardi.
  • Experience in the real estate industry within the UAE, with a solid grasp of the local regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquaint oneself with all collections, accounting, quality policies, processes, and other pertinent company protocols, ensuring strict compliance to achieve business goals and familiarity with relevant ERP systems.
  • Proactively follow up on overdue invoices via telephone, email, and reminder letters within established timelines according to collection and accounting policies. Maintain precise records of all customer interactions. Ensure timely clearance of outstanding amounts by customers to minimize impairment of receivables.
  • Effectively address customer account inquiries and complaints, collaborating with other departments to ensure satisfactory and timely resolutions. Ensure all customer inquiries are documented in the ERP system by creating support tasks.
  • Manage disputed invoices and coordinate with other functions for resolution. Provide accurate guidance on billing inquiries regarding VAT, invoice specifics, lease details, and other related queries. Respond promptly and comprehensively to both customer and internal inquiries, ensuring appropriate documentation of debit notes for charges and credit notes for any invoicing errors.
