**Description du poste**:
Dans le cadre du support des avions d'armes Mirage 2000 du client Emirati (Emirat Arabe Unis), Safran Aircraft Engines doit soutenir son client sur la Base Opérationnelle d'Al Dhafra, par la mise en place d'un « Field Technical Representative » (FTR) pour le Programme M53. En tant que membre de cette équipe le poste est rattaché à la Direction Supports et Services de la Division des Moteurs Militaires de Safran Aircraft Engines.

Le Field Technical representative (FTR) assure le support opérationnel technique et quotidien sur base client, à ce titre il assure les missions suivantes:

- Réaliser l'assistance technique des opérations client en atelier, supporter le client dans la maintenance des moteurs,
- Assister le client pour assurer la continuité de fonctionnement du moteur et son maintien en vol dans le respect des consignes de sécurité et de navigabilité,
- Contribuer à la satisfaction du client au quotidien
- Collecter les données opérationnelles (utilisation, intervention de maintenance ), les évènements de vol majeurs, les évènements techniques moteur, les évènements liés à la gestion de la sécurité des vols et au comportement des moteurs en service.
- Reporter les évènements techniques donnant lieu à des rapports d'incident et/ou d'accident afin d'instruire avec le soutien des Customer Support Engineer et des Product Support Engineer, les actions correctives adéquates dans le respect des consignes de sécurité et de navigabilité
- Se coordonner en local avec les différents intervenants de l'équipe des Assistants Techniques (les fiels Reps de Safran, Dassault ou Thalès
- Gérer avec les services Front & Back offices de la Direction Support et Services, toute situation de crise,
- Participer aux différents rituels sur Base (Réunion Quotidienne Base)
- Contribuer à l'identification des nouveaux besoins clients et à l'amélioration des produits et des services
- Conseiller quotidiennement le client dans ses activités de maintenance pour contribuer à la continuité opérationnelle de l'ateiier et réduction du 'Turn Around Time',
- Appliquer les consignes en matière de Santé, Sécurité et Environnement dans son environnement de travail autant que possible
- Rester fidèle aux valeurs SAE, les communiquer, les promouvoir.
- Respecter la charte des Droits et Devoirs du Tech Reps (FTR) et contribuer au réseau des FTR

**Exigences du poste**:
Faire preuve d'une expérience réussie en tant que support technique client, avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'entretien ou de la réparation de turboréacteur
- Connaissance technique du produit M53 et de la maintenance moteur d'avion d'armes
- Sens développé du relationnel et du service client,
- Bonne faculté de communication (multi relationnel à distance en interne société),
- Aptitudes pédagogiques. Savoir expliquer et transmettre un savoir faire,
- Facultés d'adaptation (travail en environnement multiculturel / poste basé à l'étranger),
- Sens de l'anticipation et de l'analyse de risque
- Disponibilité, Autonome, curieux et réactif,
- Rigueur, précision et respect des procédures sont des qualités devant être reconnues.
- Expérience des environnements & opérations militaires.

Poste avancé auprès du client Basé aux EAU, au sein de la Base Aérienne Militaire d'AL Dhafra
Disponibilité et amplitude horaire possible avec astreinte de nuit ou le week end
