Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for STADA Gulf's Consumer Healthcare (CHC) products in Qatar.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmacies, retailers, and healthcare professionals, to promote STADA Gulf's CHC portfolio and maximize market penetration.
  • Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and gather customer insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and supply chain, to ensure effective product launches, promotional activities, POS, Merchandising trends and inventory management.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and insights to management, and actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or equivilant experience
  • Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of [2] years of experience in Qatar, preferably in the Consumer Healthcare (CHC) sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Qatar healthcare market, regulatory environment, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
