Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Drive business development activities with EPCs clients in the Oil & Gas industry including onshore, offshore, refinery, petrochemical, and marine sectors for various accounts.
  • Build strong networks and connections with major Oil & Gas EPCs clients and contractors across technical and commercial levels.
  • Assist in devising a strategic plan for EPCs accounts.
  • Engage with current and potential customers to understand their needs and cultivate strategic relationships.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key accounts within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to support contract closure.
  • Explore business expansion opportunities in the oil & gas market and implement revenue-generating strategies in the UAE.
  • Collaborate closely with service lines, sales, marketing, and commercial teams to formulate winning strategies and provide value-driven proposals.
  • Cultivate new business relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Expand into new markets by establishing business development relations, understanding clients' needs, and presenting company services.
  • Engage early with clients to identify challenges and convert them into opportunities.
  • Possess a deep understanding of EPCs business cultures within the Oil & Gas market.
  • Proactively engage with clients' strategic projects to offer value-based solutions.
  • Create short-term and long-term plans for strategic accounts.
  • Manage major EPC projects and tenders in the Oil & Gas sector by resolving technical concerns.
  • Monitor oil and gas projects within the region.
  • Track sales processes and expand the market with EPCs in the Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Establish client relationships with ECPs and PMCs through presentations, meetings, trade shows, seminars, follow-ups on marketing leads, and opportunities.
  • Understand Oil & Gas tenders and contribute to bid preparation, sales contracts, and management of EPCs key accounts.
  • Provide updates on competitor activities and market intelligence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Demonstrated track record in business development and key account management roles within EPCs & Oil & Gas industry with extensive knowledge of upstream and downstream sectors.
  • Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector is required.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
