Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Telemarketing:
Engage in outbound and inbound telemarketing efforts to promote products and services to potential customers.

Communicate product information, benefits, and offers persuasively to prospects over the phone.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.

Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-up calls as needed.

Graphic Design:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics for various promotional materials, both digital and print.

Design marketing collaterals such as banners, flyers, social media graphics, and advertisements.

Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines in all visual content.

Brainstorm and contribute innovative design ideas to enhance marketing campaigns.

Content Creation:
Assist in crafting persuasive and engaging content for telemarketing scripts and promotional materials.

Combine design elements with written content to create visually impactful presentations.

Tailor designs to align with the target audience and campaign objectives.

4.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build rapport with potential customers during telemarketing interactions.

Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and offer solutions as needed.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in both telemarketing and graphic design is required.

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Creative flair and an eye for detail in design composition, color theory, and typography.

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.

Familiarity with marketing concepts and an understanding of target audience preferences.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
