Accounting and Admin Assistant

Job brief
Responsibilities
Assist with various bookkeeping activities to ensure maintenance of proper financial records of the company.
Provide support during audits, tax and other regulatory filings/reporting.
Maintain employee records, process visas, assist in the recruitment process and handle other HR related administrative duties.
Handle office administration including monitoring office supplies, arranging for office/equipment maintenance, managing couriers and other related tasks to ensure the office operates smoothly.
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce/Accounting/Finance with a minimum of 2 years work experience in the UAE.
Excellent knowledge of Accounting Software (Preferably QuickBooks) and MS Office.
Familiarity with UAE accounting and tax regulations.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with office management procedures
Professional References (upon request)
