Job Description:
The IFS ERP Functional Consultant Team Lead oversees a team of consultants in implementing and optimizing the IFS ERP system, ensuring it aligns with organizational needs.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in IFS ERP, leadership qualities, and a solid understanding of relevant industries' processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team of IFS ERP functional consultants.
- Delegate tasks and ensure quality deliverables.
- Implement and configure the IFS ERP system to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical consultants for system integration.
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into system specifications.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates.
- Develop training programs, maintain documentation, and identify system enhancements.
- Stay updated on IFS ERP features and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 7 years of IFS ERP experience and 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and IFS ERP functionalities.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with IFS customizations and extension tools.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- IFS ERP certification or similar.
- Hands-on experience in full project lifecycle delivery.
