Document and prioritize support requests.

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware.

Perform routine checks on computer systems.

Assist in setting up and maintaining network infrastructure.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.

Collaborate with network administrators on improvements.

Create and update documentation for IT systems and procedures.

Document common issues and their resolutions.

Maintain an inventory of hardware and software.

Implement and monitor security measures for computer systems.

Ensure antivirus software and firewalls are up to date.

Assist in maintaining data security and integrity.

Implement and monitor backup procedures.

Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing.

Provide training to end-users on IT systems and tools.

Create user guides and tutorials for common tasks.

Keep an updated inventory of IT assets.

Track and manage the distribution of IT equipment.

Dispose of obsolete equipment in accordance with policies.

Work closely with other IT team members.

Collaborate with external vendors and service providers.

Participate in team meetings and projects.

Stay informed about the latest technology trends.

Assist in planning and implementing system upgrades.

Ensure IT systems comply with relevant regulations.

Assist in audits related to IT systems.

Provide remote assistance to off-site users.

Ensure secure remote access to systems

Monitor system performance and report anomalies.

Implement monitoring tools for proactive issue detection.

Communicate effectively with end-users and team members.

Provide regular updates on ongoing issues.

Document and communicate changes in IT policies.

Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
