Responsibilities:
- Ongoing quality control visits of the units under management, including furnishing upgrades, cleaning, and maintenance checks, with formal reports after each visit
- Tasks may involve visiting properties to assist with minor maintenance repairs
- Build internal local and international relationships with Sales, Operations, Product, and Owner Success
- Liaising with our Housekeepers via inperson meetings, calls, and chat
- Daily feedback audits (including Guests and Owners) to ensure all points are addressed and actioned promptly with followups
- Identifying service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Troubleshooting and solving operational issues in the most efficient way, taking into account cost and ensuring guest and host satisfaction
Requirements for the job
- A keen eye for detail is crucial
- A people person, comfortable interacting with casual clients
- Selfdriven, selfmotivated, team player, proactive a hustler
- Ability to prioritize, structure, and solve problems
- Fluency in English is essential, with excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work under pressure whilst being calm and composed
- Understand the value of customer satisfaction and put it at the heart of your work
- Ability to travel multiple times a week within Dubai and other UAE locations adhoc
- Confidence being on the field
- Experience in property management or interior design is desirable
