Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements, translating them into effective KIBO solution designs.

  • Solution Development: Work closely with development teams to guide the implementation of KIBO solutions, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
  • Integration Management: Oversee the integration of KIBO with various systems, such as ERP, CRM, and payment gateways, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal system performance.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify areas for performance improvement, scalability, and reliability enhancements within KIBO solutions and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, including defining project scope, estimating effort, and managing technical risks.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and deployment procedures.
  • Client Engagement: Provide expert advice and consulting services to clients, offering insights and recommendations to maximize the value of the KIBO platform in achieving their business goals.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for clients, developers, and other stakeholders to enhance their understanding of the KIBO platform and its capabilities. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably with expertise in ecommerce solutions and the KIBO platform.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with KIBO platform architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce concepts, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and development teams.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams.
