- Administrative/accounting tasks including Accounts management, Data Entries, Record Keeping, Online Air ticketing, Hotel bookings, office documentation.
- Trade license renewal and cancellations,
- Lease renewals, Insurance procedures, Logistics, custom documentation and submissions,
- Answering phone calls, coordination for management meetings.
- Replenishing office supplies like stationery, water, tissues, etc.
This job requires fluency in English (Speaking and writing) also must have basic accounting knowledge & full command over MS Office to generate Excel worksheets.
