Role Purpose
Successfully deliver on CMH capital projects and innovations within IMEA by influencing owners and successfully partnering across internal stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead Managed Project leaders responsible for capital projects involving IHG Investment (often $20M per renovation and more than 100 SPT renovations with $30M+ capex reinvestment annually.
  • Financial control and decision making accountability for capex project budgets within managed estate.
  • Partner with Operations and Design & Construction to ensure hotels coming out of PIP are successfully managed, achieving highquality onbrand and ontime reopenings.
  • Manage internal stakeholders to provide best in class service to owners and owner representatives (especially SPT)5.Lead, coach and develop direct reports to build a highly engaged team.

Key Skills & Experiences
Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related disciplines or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience

  • 10+ years progressive responsibility in brand management, franchising operations or other related disciplines.
  • Successful experience in managing large, complex projects, working crossfunctionally to deliver aligned objectives and crating or launching crossfunctional processes/ways of working with internal and external stakeholders
Technical Skills& Knowledge

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with a proven ability to analyse process, performance data, and owner/business issues and draw insight and conclusions.
  • Strong influencing/consensus building and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership, team building, interpersonal and communication skills
