RCL Security System L.L.C., as a group company, is the Authorized Distributor and product supplier of Bosch Security Systems, RCL is also providing project and contract services across Turkey and UAE region.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Bosch Security Systems to a diverse customer base.

You will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer reach.

Work Experience:

  • Min 10+ Years Experience in UAE, ELV Systems and Solutions with Video Analytics Sales Manager, and currently residing in UAE.
  • Excellent knowledge of Systems like CCTV Surveillance, Structured Cabling, Networking, Public Announcement Systems, Access Control and attendance Systems, Servers, and Data Storages etc.
  • Experiences: local sales and promoting Bosch Security Brand.
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities:


Identify and target potential customers in various industries such as LV Systems and Solutions with Video Analytics sector, and provide them a professional solution using Bosch Security Systems.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.


Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits with Intelligent Video Analytics of our Bosch Security Systems.

Supports Company strategy by ensuring Company sales goals are achieved through proper determination of how the company can meet customer requirements and system configurations within time and cost constraints

Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.

Collaborate with the Bosch marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network with potential customers and promote our products.

Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management, including sales achievements, market insights, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

SIRA certified and knowledge on SIRA portal to manage needed requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build long-lasting relationships.

Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales deals.

Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure favorable pricing and terms.

Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Flexibility to travel to customer sites, attend meetings, and industry events as required.

Minimum a bachelor's degree in electrical electronic engineering or a related field is preferred.
