1. Receive and Review Claims

  • Receive incoming motor claim notifications from calls, WhatsApp, mails & internal staff and advise / assist clients based on the situation & required details to process the claim.
  • Investigation and Documentation
  • Understanding the claim scenario / circumstance and guiding the client(s) as per the policy coverage & the extent of liability.
  • Review the availed claim documents police report, driving license & mulkia to ensure relate with the particular claim then report to the respective insurer.
  • Policy and Coverage Analysis
  • Analyse insurance policies to determine coverage limits, deductibles, and exclusions.
  • Ensure accurate interpretation of policy terms and conditions in relation to the claim.
  • Communication
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, third parties, insurers and internal staff.
  • Provide updates on claim status, investigations, and estimated timeframes for resolution.
  • Claims Processing
  • Process claims accurately and efficiently as per the SOPs.
  • Collaborate with insurers, assessors, repair shops, and other relevant parties to expedite claim approval & settlements.
  • Negotiation and Settlement
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients with insurers, third parties, and service providers.
  • Ensure fair and equitable claim settlements within established guidelines.
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Record each & every claim and update the latest status on the claim in the system.
  • Prepare detailed reports on claim status, trends, and analysis for management review.
  • Compliance
  • Adhere to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and guidelines during claims handling.
  • Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Offer support and guidance to policyholders in understanding the claims process.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing claims handling procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • UAE work experience in motor claims handling or related field.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies, terms, and coverage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure & handle large volumes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Customerfocused approach and strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player

Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
