Job duties:

  • Train, supervise, and evaluate the staff, including supervisors, facilitators, and guest relations personnel.
  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment, ensuring staff adhere to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of rides, attractions, facilities, and events.
  • Implement strategies to improve the Entity's cleanliness, entertainment, and service quality.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, policies, and procedures for both staff and guests.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Enforce and oversee cash handling policies and procedures to maintain accurate financial records and prevent discrepancies.
  • Active participation in scheduling events & parties
  • Ensure that opening and closing procedures are meticulously followed, including facility inspections, equipment checks, and security protocols.
  • Oversee deep cleaning schedules and maintenance programs to maintain a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
  • Assist in the development and management of budgets, cost control, and financial targets.
  • Monitor and report on revenue, attendance, and expenses.
  • Coordinate and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee guest relations initiatives and staff to ensure that guests receive exceptional service and assistance.
  • Take the follow of the Maintenance issues from the team.

Pay:
AED6, AED7,000.00 per month
