About the Role


We are looking for a talented Pastry / cake maker to closely work with Pastry Production team in a semi industrial bakery environment.


Requirements:

-Proven experience working in a bakery environment, preferably in a frozen industrial bakery setting.

  • Should have at least 2 years of UAE experience in making pastries & cakes.
  • Knowledge of ingredients, premixes, mixing, baking etc.
  • Experience working in a high volume production environment
  • Working knowledge of food safety & hygiene
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Note:

Benefit:

Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
