We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Maintenance Overhaul Specialist to join our team at Baker Hughes Gruppe. As an Assembly Maintenance Overhaul Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling, and performing visual inspections of electro-mechanical assemblies.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise: Review procedures for assembly, disassembly, and test verification accuracy, and analyze and interpret data from environmental tests and troubleshooting equipment problems.
- Test Station Configuration: Configure test stations and systems to ensure accurate and efficient testing.
- Equipment Maintenance: Test and evaluate the performance of general purpose test equipment, and perform repairs as needed.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide supervision, mentorship, and leadership of technicians in the absence of the supervisor/manager.
- Quality Control: Maintain equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs.
- Part Inspection and Disposition: Inspect and disposition of parts and equipment.
- Coaching and Development: Provide coaching for other technicians and assist in the preparation, development, and enhancement of maintenance procedural documentation.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate maintenance processes for potential improvements in quality, reliability, turnaround times, and costs.
- Education: Technical diploma or Associates Degree in Electrical or Mechanical field.
- Experience: 3 years of maintenance-related experience in electro-mechanical function.
- Skills: Advanced skills in soldering and assembling of electro-mechanical devices, proficiency in the use of multimeters, megohmmeters, hi-pot testers, and other basic instruments.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines.
