Job description

Responsibilities

  • Health & Safety Policy to be established & updated annually.
  • Basic occupational rules and regulations to be established and published to all staff via update on company notice board. Compliance to be directly monitored.
  • All ethical and legal compliance related to human resources to be always ensured in liaison with govt bodies or independent audit bodies. Lead the contract execution with company panel clinic and monthly submit expense report to finance.
  • All immigration related matters to be attended timely and cost effectively. Namely but not limited to work permit issuance and renewal, associated payments, passport expiry management etc.
  • Ensure Pay roll is accounted and imbursed timely and with 100% accuracy supported by transparent attendance, medical records/leave, paid and unpaid leave records.
  • Ensure adequate living conditions are maintained in the dormitory and all contracts are validated yearly, utility bills are paid timely, and health and safety requirements are always met. Suitable means of transport are arranged wherever and whenever needs.
  • Ensure all departments submit quarterly skill matrix review of their teams and you evaluate the associated training plans. Validate efficacy of training by randomly conducting interviews and visual inspections.
  • Lead grievance management related to work or dormitories across the hierarchy.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement

Salary:
AED3, AED6,000.00 per month
