Holding ( at least ) University Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge of ship particulars and trade.
Knowledge of National and International Regulations, Flag State Regulations, etc.
Extensive knowledge of STCW certification and flag state directives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishMinimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a shipping company.

Ability to both relate to and communicate with a wide variety of people and a high level of integrity, ethics, and trustworthinessExpert communication, interpersonal and relationship management skillsJob Types:
