Get your start in the automotive Industry today We are looking at adding a full-time accountant with expertise and experience in the accounting field.

Tasks include Invoicing, report preparation, closing statements, documentation, monthly/yearly reports, financial statements, payrolls, etc...

Document financial transactions by entering account informationRecommend financial actions by analyzing accounting optionsSubstantiate financial transactions by auditing documentsMaintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and proceduresReconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account informationSecure financial information by completing database reviewsVerify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactionsProduce error-free accounting reports and present their resultsPerform month-end and year-end close processCommunicate effectively with clients and internal departmentsCommunicate with the reporting Manager on work status and client issues that ariseArrange the daily deposits of cash and cheques to the bankMonitor & handle petty cash funds and timely liquidations thereof.

Develop and maintain a strong integrity towards the assigned duties and responsibilities; ensure to highlight important Accounting information to Reporting Authority/Management as and when required.

Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation and advising management on needed actions.

Ensure all financial transactions are in line with country legislative taxation policies (Value Added Tax); submit the reports on the same as and when required.

Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing the tasks as needed.
Office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments.
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, hotels, cars, restaurant reservations, and others as required.
Perform other administrative tasks, if any, indicated by the management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting field of studiesUAE Experience preferred but not mandatoryExcellent knowledge of MS Office and ZohoStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and quantitative skillsStrong analytical and time-management skillsExcellent multitasking and interpersonal abilities
The location is in Al Garhoud, Dubai. (5 mins walk from Metro station)
