Whats On YourPlate
- Managing the full operations end to end (team operations 3plmanagement vendor management picker management property/assetmanagement operational standards expensecontrol).
- Stock management:Ensure correct processes policies and proper management of storedata to ensure only products available in the store are present onthe app.
- Picker process:Ensure efficient and correct pick and pack process and servicelevel (picking up the correct item/quantity) & propermanagement of the staffing and scheduling as per demand to achievedesired UTR and servicelevel.
- 3PL personalmanagement: hiring and managing strong 3PL partners who provide andmanage manpower to improve our overall instoreoperations.
- Property /Asset Management: Proper management of the property and facilityplus asset management andtracking.
- Expense Control:Identify potential opportunities to reduce expenses with the sameoperational efficiency.
- Managing Productivity work standards and development of storestaff.
- Monitoring andmanaging the store costs VS budget for thesection.
- Ensuringcontinuous improvement of current performance VS acceptedstandard/best practices at the store (i.e. stock level productivityservice level).
- Monitoringthe financial and operational performance of each store andinitiating required actions forimprovement.
- Controllingand ensuring that equipment infrastructure etc. in stores are usedand maintained properly.
- Developing action plans with the department manager to address weakareas in need ofimprovement.
- Institutingtraining and developmental programs for staff and monitoringeffective implementation.
- Monitoring product range availability according to selected storeproduct range.
- Develop preventiveand regular maintenanceplans.
What Did WeOrder
- You have atleast 10 years of experience in progressive development andmanagement of multiple product categories matured by working forlarge retailers in an international setting. If you have worked fora fulfilment operations ecommerce FMCG retail business it is aplus.
- You have built teamsand led crossfunctional projects atscale.
- You are verydetailoriented structured and know how to prioritize you consideryourself as someone who delivers solutions and not bottlenecks tobe solved.
- You are able tointeract with seniorlevel executives and can manage theexpectations of multiplestakeholders.
- You aresomeone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning eachday on the job.
- You haveexcellent analytical and communication skills and always like to behandson with several tools.
- Additionally you have robust interpersonal and interculturalskills. You can inspire several teams and stakeholders to rallybehind a mission.
