Job ResponsibilitiesCollection and transportation of waste, public hygiene, and implementation of approved policies and procedures for activities.

Directing service project activities to complete work programs on time, taking measures to correct projects that fall within the scope of his authority, and following up on them to ensure their progress; explaining quality standards for work and ensuring that contracting companies adhere to them.

Participate in evaluating the performance of team employees, determine their training and development needs, and prepare periodic and special reports on the progress of work.

Collecting and transporting waste placed by the center.

This includes distributing designated areas among subordinates for the purpose of collecting, Planning and managing the provision of services Collectable waste between eligible buildings on all days of the week and specifying a specific day of the week to collect recyclable waste in each specific collection area.

Supervising and coordinating with companies undertaking waste collection, in addition to planning and appointing the work of the solid waste collection crew.

Confined and non-confined. This includes coordination with these companies and exchanging information with them to clean all areas (public and residential). from the designated areas. And communicate with the inspection department to ensure the provision of the required services.

Organizing and prioritizing the cleaning of areas to ensure Adherence to the specified dates and time frame and maintaining the safety of the public.

Based on data submitted by the inspection and customer service departments.

Interpret and implement laws covering solid waste collection, storage, and disposal practices, and environmental and health regulations and provisions to the approved contract terms.

The terms and specifications of the contract and taking the necessary action if compliance is not made wish public and residential places in accordance ensure that all areas are clean in accordance.

Conduct a monthly evaluation to ensure with standard Follow up on complaints and suggestions from the public, review customer service feedback, and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to address any issues or refer complaints to the head of the department to take action on them.

And coordinate with external cleaning companies to which services are outsourced to carry out cleaning activities such as collecting and disposing of local and recyclable waste.

Manage interaction with the entity contracted to transport solid waste to supervise the safe and efficient transportation of waste materials.

Analyze the causes of downtime Equipment to ensure prompt attention to maintenance and repair requirements and coordination of activities Maintenance workshops to ensure the availability of the largest number of boxes Mobile garbage containers and others to dispose of waste in a convenient manner.

Review all correspondence related to contractual relations with contracting companies and make appropriate responses to them.

This includes reviewing the monthly payments submitted by contracting companies and making recommendations regarding them; reviewing violations related to the provision of the service and recommending their implementation, wherever this is consistent with the terms of the contract.

Make arrangements to deliver mobile and regular garbage bins and containers, whether new or replacement ones, installed in public facilities, how and when necessary.

Ensure that continuous efforts are made to improve wasted time and organize workflow to provide high quality service to processes, reduce Customers.

Coordinate with the Department of Communication and Public Awareness to promote and communicate the center's waste management programs and the program slogan 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) to residents by providing practical presentations in schools and holding neighborhood meetings regarding waste programs public and residential places comply with a service quality audit before organizing events Solid and recycling.

Perform other related tasks such as special verification and daily activities; Reviewing the monthly plans submitted by contracting companies and holding periodic meetings with them to ensure smooth progress Any other tasks and competencies assigned by the direct supervisor.
