We are looking for Female office administrator with Minimum 1 Year experience to manage our office and support our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Quotations for enquiries
  • Sending enquiries and preparing LPO for material procurement
  • Manage the office area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
  • Keep records and reports up to date
  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
  • Supporting for payroll calculations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements and skills:

  • Creativity and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient with computers and computer software like MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, fluent in English.
  • Experience in office administration.
  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritise work.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
