Our client is a leader inthe gaming industry, specializing in the development and publishingof interactive gaming platforms and media. They are looking for anHR Generalist or HR Manager to join their team onsite in Duluth,Georgia.

Yournew role

Reporting to the VP ofHR, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HRoperations with two direct reports. You will be focusing onrecruitment (building a proactive pipeline with schools andassociations), onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement,overseeing payroll and benefits, and other ad hoc generalistduties.

Whatyou will need tosucceed

  • Bachelor’sdegree in human resources or business (orsimilar)
  • 5+ years of experience with the fullspectrum of HR operations (small to mid-sized gaming and/or similarindustry preferred)
  • Proficient knowledge andexperience in labor relations and compliance, demonstrating anunderstanding of employment law and bestpractices.
  • Experience building relationshipswith schools and associations for talentpipelining.
  • Effectively lead and manage people,demonstrated ability to problem-solve, and be able to handlemultiple tasks at once.
